Return of products at ASTERI A.E may occur in all cases where the order is incorrectly executed, that is, in the case of delivery of a species other than that ordered by type or quantity, or if, at the time of delivery, the item is damaged, wholly or in part, or which is found to be defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning or request his return in consultation with ASTERI A.E. The products must be returned to the condition received by the customer.
In all cases, the product to be replaced should be returned with all the documents accompanying the product (eg Retail and so on) and full packaging. In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by ASTERI A.E, the return of the money to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card debit (if the order has been made with Credit Card), which will be carried out with the care of ASTERI A.E or cash back (if the order has been made by depositing cash in a bank account).
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, ASTERI A.E has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and unilaterally and unconditionally proceeds in total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer. Returning products that have been personalized is not possible. Other refunds other than the above will not be accepted.
